Still a WIP
I haven't posted anything on Boosty for a long time. I'm still working on my new tree mod. In this mod, I'm trying to make locations more memorable and create a more natural forest - not just in terms of 3D vegetation models but also in how different objects are placed. This mod is inspired by the northern Norwegian climate, so I think it will fit Skyrim better, unlike NotWL, which was mostly influenced by Central European forests.
Developing this new mod takes a lot of time because I keep reworking tree models, trying to make them more optimized or realistic. Sometimes, it feels like I'll never finish this mod since I've redone the tree models dozens of times, yet I'm still not satisfied with them. Object placement in the world space also takes a huge amount of time because I have to place each plant manually - I can spend hours on just a small forested area. No, I'm not complaining - it's my own fault for taking on this project.
P.S. I think I'll return to NotWL soon and finally finish its update, then continue working on other mods.
Mackarn
It's so nice to see modern studio level work for a game that is over 10 years old. I'm now comparing screenshots of this mod to the pine forests in RDR2. It may sound silly, but I think you've surpassed Rockstar

This is one of your project I'm the most interested on. Love the debris placement, it's very organic. Hope you are going good, and you will be able to share this mod when you will be happy about it. Cheers ^^
