A birthday present for a friend I reconnected with recently! Its a redraw of an old drawing I made for them back in 2020 or so, the improvement definitely shows!

A commission that took a year...... My lovely friend commissioned me last summer when I was in quite an art rut and we ended up going through multiple iterations for the idea, hoping something would catch my eye long enough that i could make something i'd be happy with. I was filled with a lot of guilt and shame, but we finally got there and my friend is happy with the result! I love these characters and I love their stories so much
