It’s not that it’s something terrible - I’m being treated by a psychotherapist, treating my back (two inflammations were discovered in my spine) and ovaries (I have polyps and a cyst there, I need surgery in the future). Due to all this, my immunity has deteriorated a little.
It’s okay, I’m not dying, I’m just very weak and tired of all this.
the doctor said that due to the stress, everything else “came to light.” I’ve more or less come to my senses, I’m slowly working and drawing, trying to stream.
The police called only once, so far there is no news about the capture of the scammers.

What I earned I invested in nerve treatment (antidepressants and thyroid pills) and back treatment (I bought an inexpensive computer chair and three orthopedic pillows + vitamins). this gave results - I can work and sleep without pain and suffering. and this is good.
but I haven’t started preparing for the operation - I need to take a course of pills for 1 month, which the gynecologist recommended to me. I haven’t started yet because I don’t have enough money to buy them. There is not much there, 100 dollars maximum.

By the way, the chair and pillows are just happiness for me. I used to sit on a low wooden kitchen bench that was placed at an angle, which caused problems for my back. The chair is height adjustable (now my hands don’t get numb and my eyes hurt less) and it has armrests.
orthopedic pillows - really cool:
1. for sleeping - it is of medium hardness, with a cushion under the neck so that the cervical spine is level in any sleeping position.
2. for the back - it is attached to a chair and follows the natural shape of the lower back. I wasn't entirely comfortable at first, but damn, she's a miracle. I can sit for 6 hours at work and not feel discomfort.
3. for the lower back - it is placed between the legs, just above the knees. thus, in any position, the lumbar spine rests and remains straight.
I'm really amazed at how quickly it worked. within two weeks I felt that my back pain had become minimal. I highly recommend this for anyone who has a sedentary computer job.
