We almost got burned this week, but our cat saved us when she got alarmed by the sound of burning wires. This is perfect sales copy, lol! But it's true.

Life goes on, and I'll show you what I've been working on these days. First, this autumn phoenix, which seems to me to be one of the most successful paintings of this sculpture. In the fall, nature seems to "burn" in order to be reborn from the ashes in the spring. It's still August, but it feels very autumnal...
