About

Dubshift is free custom firmware for the Hotone Ampero Mini and Ampero II Stomp. It is patched into your own official firmware file right in the browser.

Mini: seven new effects (Granular, Freezer, Pitch Parrot, Hyper Fuzz, Opto 2A, Sustainer, Shimmer+), two LFOs per patch with a step sequencer, four scenes per patch, your own drum patterns with fills and a speed trainer, an XY pad, and a looper that stays locked to the drum machine.

Stomp: Loop Sync (loops a whole number of beats long that stop drifting from the drums), two LFOs per patch you can tweak from the main screen, your own drum patterns, your own footswitch hold and combo actions, and English on Chinese-market pedals.

Everything stays free. Membership supports the work: members get each new release a few weeks before everyone else, then it is public. The English unlock is always free.

What is a Dubshift

Dubshift is free custom firmware for the Hotone Ampero Mini and Ampero II Stomp. Download the official firmware from Hotone, load it on the Dubshift site, and it is patched right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. You flash it like a normal update, and the stock firmware goes back on the same way. Your presets keep working.
