Description:
Waterbenders are able to glide across the surface of the water, lifting and compacting the water underneath.
This technique gives a waterbenders greater mobility on the water, allowing them to move and attack at the same time.
Also, the waterbenders are able to accelerate on the wave, causing damage to those who knock down along the way.

Hold Sneak while in the air above water to start move.
Hold Sneak with WaterSkate slot selected to speed up.
Left Click to stop move.
