What a challange was it to recreate those characters in ts2, wow
Since Rockstar was using such a low quality textures - i had to improvise a lot here using upscaling tecniques as well as drawing some textures by hand.

Carmen was a mess...
And the most fun one was Luis, since i get to texture not only the face, but the scalp as well with capuring his amazing haircut
