I'm using XXMI Launcher and somehow the mod doesn't show items on the main map, only on minimap. This happened since 4.2 too.

DiXiao, Seems like it's on my end. I'll try a fresh new XMII to see if it works then report to you

DiXiao, after installing mods back and testing one by one on a fresh new XMII, I have figured out what caused the problem, it's a mod called HideUI. Thanks for your support.

I'm using JASM and I have the same problem, the mod can't show item on world map. The mod worked fine on mod version 560 and game version 5.7 before.

I think a new update came out so the mod might not work rn? I havent played genshin in a long while so Im not sure why the symbols on the map dont show up.
The only mod I own is this mod currently

Isn't two monts of early access a little extreme for a gaccha game? i mean we get a whole new shit in a fourty day, maybe at least release the update after a month or smth
