The final update for Hinata's route is here.
The story that has been going on for so long is finally coming to an end. All the choices, decisions, mistakes, and moments between the MC and Hinata have led to this finale.
In this update, you'll find the conclusion of Hinata's route, final scenes, and several possible ways the story can unfold. Some decisions will lead to a full ending with credits, while others will open a completely different outcome for this story.
Important: the finale is affected by the choices you made in the previous update.
If you start directly from the new content, the game will let you choose the main decisions from the previous part.

But if you want to get the full experience of the finale, I still recommend starting from the events of the previous update. This way, the story will feel more complete, and the consequences of your choices will hit much harder.

Greetings, shinobi!
The public release of the update is coming this Thursday.
Next in line is Ino. We’re planning to rework her training events. The list of trainings will stay the same, but the events themselves will become much more complete: more dialogue, new art, and more development within each scene.
Right now, some of the trainings feel too short: a few lines, a scene, and that’s it. I want to improve that, so Ino’s progression feels better and more interesting.
After reworking the training events, we’ll move on to a new story event with Ino.
At the same time, I’m working on some important improvements for the Android version:
1. Installing HD DLC directly from the game by selecting a local file on your phone.
2. Installing mods directly from the game by selecting a local file.

The update is almost finished. The only thing left is to slightly polish the translation after adding the new events to the cheats.

The Early Access release is planned for Thursday, May 28.
There will be no devlog post next week, because we will not have enough time to make anything new for a separate report. The next few days will be focused on the release, checking the build, and fixing any possible issues after the Early Access version goes live.

Weekly Update
Greetings, shinobi!
We are almost at the finish line.
There is only one scene left to finish, consisting of three artworks, and after that we can start preparing for the release. If everything goes according to plan, the scene will be ready either this week or next week.
The main part of the finale is already assembled in the game: the dialogues, scene logic, story branches, and most of the artworks are already in place. After the final scene is done, what remains is the final check: going through all the routes, adding the missing sounds, checking transitions, and fixing possible bugs.
This is an important milestone for KT. It is the first full ending with credits, final scenes, and consequences based on the player’s choices. That is why I decided to update the Supporter++ subscription for $15.
Now supporters at this tier will be added to the game’s credits. In addition to having your name on the Hokage Rock, your name will also appear in the final credits, alongside those who helped the game grow.

Weekly Update
Greetings, shinobi!
This week, we finished 9 more artworks for the ending. There are not that many artworks left now.
The translation is fully complete and has been added to the game. This means the update can already be played with finalized text, without temporary placeholders and without waiting for a separate translation stage. Usually, this part takes time closer to release, but this time it is already behind us.
The next step is music and sound effects. This week, I will be going through the scenes and adding audio wherever it is still missing.
After that, the main things left will be the remaining artworks, fixes, testing, and polish. Judging by the current pace of development, there is a chance the release may even come a little earlier than originally planned.
