The MYTH mod adds new difficulties, skills, things and improvements to the original game.

- Two new difficulties: Torment and Inferno.
- New skills for all characters and mercenaries.
- New monsters and bosses.
- New uber levels and uber bosses.
- Goblins from Diablo 3.
- Nephalem Rifts, Greater Rifts, Cow Rifts and Treasure Rifts.
- A new item type: Legendary (L).
- New unique and set items, runes, gems, tarot cards, blood shards, bags with gold, Ramaladni's Gift and new ingredients for upgrading items.
- New recipes and runewords.
- QoL (Quality of Life): widescreen resolution, HD text, auto gold pick up, item filter (lootfilter) and many other things.

Challenge: Aliens versus Predator
Description:
Xenomorphs and alien hunters have taken over Sanctuary.
Angels and demons have fallen. Only the Nephilim can deal
with them.
Rules:
No waypoints for levels. Five acts and five shards for one reward.
Avoid encounters with ancient guardians if you want to survive.
Kill super unique monsters and bosses to get the shards.
Act bosses and the bosses in Uber Tristram have the highest drop chance of shards.

Description:
Spartan traitors stole a relic of King Leonidas and joined Xerxes' army.
Many tried to return it, but they did not succeed. Now all hope is on you.
Rules:
Sunset and night. No waypoints for levels.
Xerxes' Elite is very strong. Try to avoid meetings with them.
Kill spartan traitors, super unique monsters and bosses to get Relics of King Leonidas.
Act bosses and the bosses in Uber Tristram have the highest drop chance of rewards.
