555 666, it works fine, sounds like you placed the exe in the wrong directory, you need to extract the exe in the root the last of us 2 directory.

Saqlain Basit, runs fine, I haven't measured fps, but it feels smooth and perfectly playable (better than the first game), I only played through first few levels though. (waiting for the update that fixes blood effects)

Awang, Run the CodeMendixPatch_TLOU2.exe, Select TLOU2 install directory, (in the installer you may have to remove the extra "." that gets added in the installation path.

IE: "The Last of Us - Part II Remastered\." > "The Last of Us - Part II Remastered\"

Иван Клопов, I suspect patches are extremely difficult to make and very time-consuming, I have been trying to make some progress on FF16 for 3 weeks now, I was attempting to create a patcher for the bulk, (though I have very limited ASM knowledge).

I keep getting corrupted trampolines, or corrupt headers, and that's just messing with the simple stuff like shlx, andr, sarx, shrx...of course an experienced team from code mendix can make quicker patchwork they probably still need a lot of debugging and testing, plus they do it for free...

There are a lot of games currently without patches offhand I know, star ocean 6 (F16c), Final Fantasy 16 (AVX2, BMI2 +more), FF7 Rebirth (AVX512, AVX2, plus more), Spider-Man 2, Indiana Jones I believe...

Saqlain Basit, F16c came out around the same time as AVX2 (same with BMI, FMA, AVX512 ..etc), so basically haswell and newer support it, which means older processors can't play this game without this patch, though I believe tlofu2 also uses avx2, but they just didn't mention it here.

Кстати, первый патч 1.3, который вы выложили на playground, был довольно хорош, я почти закончил игру на нем, просто потребовался небольшой дополнительный патч, чтобы обойти проверку ЦП, все остальное работало отлично.

555 666, Creating a patch takes a ton of time and effort. Every update requires a new patch. I have personal problems, so I don't have time to deal with it. And it's not profitable; few people need patches, since even the Chinese company 3DM has started parodying them and making patches.
