This is Chilling Dino, another self-taught game developer who decided to try his hand at creating visual novels. 😄
And here is my first project, adult visual novel "The Journalist".
The story follows Michelle Williams, a young woman who moved to New York from Newport, Rhode Island, to pursue a career as a journalist. Her first serious assignment is an interview with a well-known NY lawyer, Victoria Reed. A few days later, Michelle learns that Victoria is accused of murder. Curiosity and a desire to get to the truth force Michelle to start her own investigation.
But the life of a young journalist revolves around more than just work. She gradually gets used to the big city, makes new acquaintances, which may well result in something more than just friendship. 😉
Yeah, I know, the plot is far from original, but I tried to make the story interesting and emphasized realism. Unfortunately, I don't have the technical resources to create a full-fledged 3D game right now, so for now it's only 2D with character sprites, backgrounds and so on. For the same reason, there are no animated scenes in the game yet. Perhaps I will add them in future updates.
Since this is an adult visual novel, here is a list of current and planned fetishes: Kissing, Masturbation, Blowjob, Handjob, Sex Toys, Romance, Cheating, Corruption, Dirty Talk, Groping, Teasing, Vaginal Sex, Anal Sex, Group Sex (FFM), Stripping, Interracial Sex, Lesbian Sex, Exhibitionism.
The game is free to download, but your financial support is welcome. 
Also, I want to apologize in advance for imperfect English. As you probably understood, it is not my native language, and I have never been to the US. If any native speakers would be kind enough to help correct possible errors and inaccuracies, I would be very grateful.

Chapter 2 is released

Hello to everyone! 
Well, Chapter 2 is finally ready! I really appreciate your patience during the wait. There were times I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I managed to get it done in the end. I hope you like it!
 What’s new:
  • Michelle's adventures continue over the next few days: she meets Victoria in prison, tries to gather information about the incident at the hotel, and eventually faces her first real danger.
  • There are three adult scenes, including two versions of a solo scene with Michelle, totaling four scenes.
  • The language of the text has been adjusted to reflect General American English. I hope this hasn't made it worse.
  • In Chapter 1, the poses of the characters and their clothing were altered in some scenes, and the lighting settings were also modified to make them appear brighter.
  • The skin tone of the male characters has been lightened, but I'm concerned this may have resulted in them looking too pale.

About Chapter 2, possible delay and general thoughts

Hello everyone!
Well, I see a few new followers joining here and on itch.io… Obviously, the decision to register on f95zone was right, although it should have been done earlier. But anyway, guys, thank you for believing in my project even when I don't really believe in it myself! Now it's going to be even harder for me to quit working on it! 😆
So, what’s about Chapter 2. Earlier on itch.io I wrote that I want to finish it before the end of the year. Unfortunately, I have to admit that this will not happen. Although I have already done a lot, but there is still enough work to do, and my old 4GB GPU cannot overcome itself. There are a few scenes left, but they are the most interesting. And I want to make them more detailed, but it takes time.
Plus, I found that I needed to redo some things in Chapter 1. This is not related to the plot, but just technical fixes: I want to make lighter renderings of the characters, change some facial expressions, clothes, and something else. It will also take some time.
In general, I think (or rather, I hope) finish by the end of January – beginning of February. Although I'm generally afraid to give you any predictions. But I'm trying to be as honest as possible.
And a few more words. Both those who have just joined, and those who have already become familiar with my game, I think they realized that this is a technically simple project, very, very far from the top visual novels. I'm doing it with enthusiasm and I'll squeeze out all the flaws. It's my hobby, not a way to make money, and I can't spend too much time making the game.
Therefore, please do not expect that the visual part will become much better in the future. The main focus here is on the plot, and all adult scenes are a nice addition.
I think I've said it all for now.
