How do I recover my Gmail account if all else fails?
How do I recover my Gmail account if I can try again?
The answers you entered here in your attempt to recover your account are not the answers to the security questions everyone uses from Google.
When you created your account, you were asked to add a mobile phone number, confirm a second recovery email, and confirm a two-factor authentication. The two-factor authentication will give you up to 10 one-time codes you can use after you gain access to your account.
If you do not do this and you have a free account, the alternative is creating a new account.
People forget the jumbled up words in time and Google provides convenient means to get back to.
In any case, if you'd changed your phone number as well as your e-mail address sometime back in 2011, so the last change would not work today anymore, the whole thing gets locked out.
How can I reset my Gmail if this option works for me?
Quotes of the support forum:
I am contracted by Google. Refunds cannot be obtained through this forum or by contacting Google. Assuming you posted here because the deleted account is no longer working, looking for more specific ads and attracting a popular IP/computer address to your site. You should also read the following resources:
Recover Account - Google no longer verifies that you own or control this account.
- Google Accounts Community - starts with a very general concept of how it works and even warns you upfront (not all accounts can be recovered).
Recover Gmail Account - a process so detailed and simple, how to recover an account: it explains almost everything that might take place in detail, including how to identify when the account was first opened.
Unfortunately, if the various methods of ownership are not possible, Google will not provide this method for you.
