Realistic Illustrious Model: First Experiments!

Hey folks! Dropping by with some juicy updates on my latest obsession – the realistic model I’m cooking up on the Illustrious architecture. Let me tell ya, this baby is starting to flex some serious muscle. I’m not saying it’s the best thing on Civitai yet… but, like, it’s probably leaving every other model in the dust. 😏 (Half-joking, but I’m lowkey believing it!)
I’ve been tinkering non-stop, and the results are getting wild. It’s already pumping out images that make my jaw drop, but I’m not settling yet – I’m chasing that chef’s kiss level of perfection. I’ll be sharing a few comparison pics with another model so you can see for yourself.
Oh, and don’t forget about my semi-realistic model Illuxura! It’s already out there doing its thing, and I’d love for you to check it out if you haven’t yet.
Keep an eye out for updates – I’m grinding to make this model even better! Also, I’d love to hear your thoughts: which version do you vibe with more, Model 1 or Model 2? Personally, I think Model 1 has that aesthetic edge, while Model 2 is a bit more predictable in its outputs. Let me know what you think!
And one more thing – your support means the world to me. Seriously, you guys keep me motivated to push this project forward. 💜
Overall, the composition of Model 2 seems to be slightly more fantasy capable, but I like style of Model 1 much more in terms of photographic realism. Would it make sense to diverge paths - Model 1 for true photographic realism and Model 2 for fantasy photographic realism?
Alistor McCoy, It's a hard choice, and I'm stuck on it. because I can't decide which option is worth continuing to improve.
Well, I feel like I tend to see less true photographic realism models on Illustrious. Most are still using Flux and base SDXL (and SD1.5) for that I think. It'd be impressive to see a really good one for Illustrious :)
very nice, i like model 1, it looks the most realistic
