🌿MATERIALS FOR CREATING PAPER DOLLS:

✅I. BASICS

🔸SCISSORS

- Any scissors you have at home will do!

- I use two pairs of scissors - large office scissors and manicure scissors for small details (and there are a lot of small details in my sets!)

- I recommend that children choose scissors appropriate for their age (for example, with rounded ends).

Let the child cut out anything they can do themselves!

🔹DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE

- We use double-sided tape to attach clothes to the doll and items to playsets.

- Any double-sided tape you have at home or at the nearest stationery store will work.

- If you buy some, I recommend getting tape that is 0.5 - 1 cm wide; it's easiest to cut pieces to stick on clothes.

🔸DOUBLE-SIDED FOAM TAPE

- This is a thick double-sided tape that helps us create three-dimensional details (we use it to glue volumetric elements - wigs, pockets in playsets, and more).

- It sounds scary, but it's easy to buy - at the nearest stationery or hardware store, or you can order from Amazon.

🔹PAPER

- Office or matte photo paper in A4 format.

- Density 120 g/m² (virtually any density will work, but for me, 120 g/m² is the most ideal; it's easy to cut, and when laminated with a 100 microns film, it becomes very dense).

- On photo paper, the colors of the dolls will look as saturated and bright as possible.

- You can buy paper at stationery stores, on Amazon or Your local stores.

🔸GLUE

The most important thing - GLUE! Since we will be gluing laminated (or wide tape) parts of the house. The glue should be strong enough and not damage the surface.

- UHU Universal

- If you can't find these specifically, choose any glue based on silicone, polyurethane, or rubber. Regular school glue, PVA glues, or sticks WILL NOT WORK.

🔹LAMINATION POUCH FILM

- The paper becomes like thin smooth plastic after lamination, allowing us to stick and unstick clothes to dolls and items to playsets like reusable stickers.

- A4 format

- Density - I recommend 100 mkm

- Where to buy: in stationery stores, in hypermarkets of computer equipment, Amazon.

Remember the main thing: LAMINATION IS EASY!

🔸IRON OR LAMINATOR

If you don't have a laminator at home, don't worry - YOU CAN LAMINATE WITH A REGULAR IRON!
