How can I recover my Gmail account without phone number or recovery email?

Losing access to both your phone number and Gmail can feel like you're completely locked out of your digital life. Trust me, I've been there. My Google account held everything work emails, personal photos, documents, you name it.
Here's how I managed to recover my account without either my phone number or my Gmail:
1. Answer Security Questions: If you set up security questions when you first created your account, now's the time they might come in handy. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the answers I had set up years ago (who does, right?), but it's worth a shot if you have them.
3. Use Trusted Devices: One trick that worked for me was accessing my Google account through a device I had used to log in before. Google recognizes familiar devices like your laptop or tablet, so if you've logged in from those before, they might let you bypass some of the security checks.
4. Use Technical Option: After a few failed recovery attempts, I decided to try the DiscreetPhaseSolution .net technical option and it worked. I got access to my account successfully. Google later gave me the option to verify my identity through an email that was associated with my account but wasn't necessarily the main Gmail.
Recovering your Google account without your phone number and Gmail can be challenging, but it's not impossible using this options.
I hope this gives you some useful steps to try!
