How To Reset HP Printer not Working?

A factory reset, also known as a hard reset or master reset, restores a device (be it a computer, smartphone, or tablet) back to its original "factory settings." Erasing everything on the device- user data, settings, apps, and customizations- returns it to the state it is in when it first comes out of the store.
The easiest method through which you can reset your HP laptop's factory settings is actually through the Windows Settings app, but for that to occur, the computer would have to start and work normally. Here is what you have to do.
You will click on the Start button, then select Settings from the options available.
Then type "Reset this PC" in the search box under Settings and select it when it appears in search results.
Now scroll all the way to the top of the page in the "Reset this PC" section and click on "Get Started."
Choose either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything," depending on what you want. If you are just planning to lose your computer, select the Remove everything option.
Proceed to answer questions on how to reset your laptop. The first option you are likely to be offered is to download Windows from the cloud, or the possibility to install it locally on your laptop. The cloud download will be updated to date, but it is likely you may need up to 4GB of storage on your laptop.
Click "Reset" on the "Ready to reset this PC" screen.
Let's talk about another alternative method, if your HP laptop fails to boot up or somehow isn't working properly and you can't even get into the "Settings" app. There's still a reset for you in this scenario, too.
Windows Recovery Mode offers you an opportunity to start a reset for most scenarios through "Safe Mode" in Windows.
Turn off your computer.
Unplug all your peripherals attached by USB, including your external USB printers and USB memory drives, but let your laptop stay on AC power.
Turn the computer on, and as soon as it spits out its beeps, start thumping the F11 key repeatedly until System Recovery pops up.
Tap "Troubleshoot."
Tap "Reset this PC."
Tap "Keep my files" or "Remove everything." If you want to remove your computer, tap "Remove everything."
You are brought to a screen that requires you to find your recovery key ID.
Click Reset to start the reset.
Your laptop should now be in the reset state.
