Notes:
1. Check the Paypal exchange rate before paying since it constantly changes, then converts the required amount to rubles.
2. Opt for PayPal method of payment. You have to have your card linked to PayPal account since funds are most likely withdrawn from your card, not PayPal balance (although it may depend on the preferred way to pay).
- If you decide to pay with your card directly (better use a credit card then), your bank may decline the transaction.
