You don't need to download anything, it works from a standard circle, just configure the same settings.

Last year, I came across this thing by accident, and I also accidentally share this secret knowledge:

Paint Tool Sai 2 → Other → Options → Preference → Check the box on "Add 8 special... " — Will add 8 other layer effects from Photoshop 💫

Linear Light/Burn is most useful here, suitable for a layer with a shade in some cases. The rest just work a little differently.
