This is my scheduler plugin for Obsidian.

Kanban

New "Kanban" view with 4 columns: To Do / In Progress / On Pause / Done
Drag & drop tasks between columns to change status
Date filters: Today / All / Specific date

Quick Task Creation (Ctrl+alt+N)

Global hotkey accessible from anywhere in Obsidian
Natural language parsing with color highlighting in preview:
- 🟣 Date: tomorrow, today, day after tomorrow, Friday, 25.07, +3
- 🔵 Time: 14:00, 14-15, from 16:00 to 18:00, in any position within the line
- 🔴 Priority: !, ~, -
⋯ button to open the extended editor with pre-filled data

Dashboard — Task and Habit Management

Create, edit, and delete tasks and habits directly from dashboard widgets
"+" buttons in widget headers, edit and delete buttons on cards

Habit Display Modes

"Habit Mode" setting: In Task Panel / Separate Tab / Hide
When "Separate Tab" is selected — a button appears on the sidebar and the "Open Habit Panel" command becomes available

Fixes

Drag & drop in weekly view now correctly updates the task end time
Mobile interface: habit panel with CRUD added (edit/delete buttons visible on mobile)
Context menu in the schedule now triggered by right-click instead of left-click
Task timer resets when moving back from "In Progress" to "To Do"

Hi! I'm Vladislav, a developer and the creator of WorkLife Calendar for Obsidian.

Many workflows share the same problem: tasks live in one place, the calendar in another, time tracking in a third, and finances and reports are compiled manually in spreadsheets. As a result, the same data has to be entered multiple times.

This plugin solves exactly that pain point. It doesn't just add another calendar or tracker. It connects planning, execution, and analysis into a single system:
