UPDATE: The technology looks very promising, and I personally love how much it can transform the visuals of pretty much any game
However, if you’re interested in trying it yourself, I wouldn’t recommend installing the build that’s currently circulating online. It can tank performance to practically unplayable levels on any system, and it also puts a very heavy load on your hardware. I wouldn’t consider this leaked build safe to use.
My RTX 4080 Super would almost instantly hit 84°C and start thermal throttling, while without DLSS 5 my normal gaming temperatures rarely exceed 70°C.
So please be careful. For now, I’d recommend just watching the videos to see the technology in action and waiting for the official release
