📱 КАК ПОЛЬЗОВАТЬСЯ

Телефон → «Единый портал жителя» → «ЗАГС…»

или компьютер → «Единый портал жителя» → «ЗАГС».

Все действия доступны всегда: если сейчас что-то нельзя, мод объяснит почему и не возьмёт денег.

👶 СВИДЕТЕЛЬСТВО О РОЖДЕНИИ

• Родился ребёнок - оформите свидетельство в течение 3 дней. Госпошлина §350 за ребёнка.

• Не успели - разовый штраф §200 (оформить можно и после него). Правило действует для всех семей города.

• Усыновлённому ребёнку свидетельство выдают сразу и бесплатно.

• Дети, которые были в семье до установки мода, считаются уже зарегистрированными.

• Свидетельство появляется в багаже семьи, его можно повесить на стену. Мудлет «Свидетельство на руках».

💒 РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ БРАКА

• Подайте заявление: выберите партнёра (с кем сим встречается или помолвлен) и фамилию - его, партнёра, двойную через дефис или каждый свою. Госпошлина §350.

• Регистрация назначается на 3-й день, с 12:00 до 16:00. Накануне и утром придут напоминания.

• В назначенное время нажмите «Прийти в ЗАГС»: пара уходит и через 2 часа возвращается супругами. Партнёр переезжает в семью, фамилии меняются (и общим детям), в багаже свидетельство о браке, мудлет «Молодожёны».

• Фамилия ставится в форме по полу: Иванов - Иванова, Островский - Островская.

• Не пришли до 16:00, то заявление сгорает, пошлина не возвращается.

• Женаты раньше или на обычной игровой свадьбе? Кнопка «Получить свидетельство о браке» (§350).

💔 РАЗВОД

• Подайте заявление (§350): выберите, кто уезжает, и вернуть ли добрачные фамилии.

• Развод назначается на следующий день, с 9:00 до 16:00, длится 1 час.

• Уехавший супруг получает новую семью без дома и половину денег. Дети остаются дома. Мудлет «Разведены».

• Игровой развод через телефон мод не трогает.

👨‍👧 АЛИМЕНТЫ

• Назначаются после развода через ЗАГС мода и платятся в начале каждого сезона.

• Платит родитель, который живёт отдельно от детей: 1 ребёнок  - 1/4 официальной зарплаты за сезон, 2 - 1/3, 3 и больше -1/2.

• Не хватает денег - остаток становится долгом.

📂 ДОКУМЕНТЫ СЕМЬИ

Справка по всей семье: свидетельства, браки, заявления с датой и временем, алименты.

📩 Каждая пошлина, штраф и алименты приходят SMS от «Плюмбоб Банка».

ℹ️ ВАЖНО ЗНАТЬ

• Дополнения не нужны. Сами свидетельства-предметы взяты из игры: о рождении - из «На работу», о браке - из «Жизненных этапов». Без этих дополнений предмета на стену не будет, всё остальное работает.

• Без «Времён года» алименты платятся каждую неделю.

• Работает сам по себе и вместе с модом «Выплаты и пособия»: тогда выплата за ребёнка приходит после оформления свидетельства о рождении.

• Данные мода сохраняются вместе с вашим сохранением игры.

• Язык переключается сам: русский, английский, испанский

• Проверено на версии игры 1.128.

• Если у вас старая версия игры и что-то не работает — напишите мне и приложите файл FamilyDocuments.log из папки Mods\FamilyDocumentsMod. Постараюсь поддержать и вашу версию.

⚙️ УСТАНОВКА

1. Распакуйте архив в папку Документы\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods (внутри будет папка FamilyDocumentsMod).

2. В игре: Настройки игры → Другое → включите пользовательский контент и моды скриптов.

3. Перезапустите игру.

Удаление: удалите папку FamilyDocumentsMod из Mods.

Resident Portal - government services for your Sims.

Birth certificates, marriage registration with a choice of surname, divorce with splitting the money, and child support. Sims go to the Registry Office on the appointed day, and the certificates can be hung on the wall 💍

The mod is inspired by the Registry Office (ZAGS) in Russia and Europe: births, marriages and divorces are registered by the state, with fees, dates and official certificates.

📱 HOW TO USE

Phone → Resident Portal → Registry Office…

or Computer → Resident Portal → Registry Office.

All actions are always available: if something can't be done right now, the mod explains why and takes no money.

👶 BIRTH CERTIFICATE

• A baby is born register the birth within 3 days. State fee: §350 per child.

• Too late a one-time §200 fine (you can still register afterwards). The rule applies to every family in town.

• Adopted children get their certificate right away, for free.

• Children who were in the family before you installed the mod count as registered.

• The certificate appears in the household inventory and can be hung on the wall. Moodlet: Certificate in Hand.

💒 MARRIAGE

• Apply: choose the partner (someone your Sim is dating or engaged to) and the surname yours, the partner's, double-barrelled, or each keeps their own. State fee: §350.

• The ceremony is on the 3rd day, from 12:00 to 16:00. Reminders come the evening before and in the morning.

• At that time press "Go to the Registry Office": the couple leaves and comes back married 2 hours later. The partner moves in, surnames change (for shared children too), a marriage certificate appears in the inventory, moodlet: Newlyweds.

• Russian surnames get the right form for women and men (Ivanov — Ivanova).

• Missed it by 16:00  the application expires and the fee is not refunded.

• Married earlier or at a regular game wedding? Use "Get a Marriage Certificate" (§350).

💔 DIVORCE

• File for divorce (§350): choose who moves out and whether to take back the surnames from before the marriage.

• The divorce is the next day, from 9:00 to 16:00, and takes 1 hour.

• The spouse who leaves gets a new household without a home and half of the money. The children stay at home. Moodlet: Divorced.

• The game's own phone divorce is left as it is.

👨‍👧 CHILD SUPPORT

• Set after a divorce through the mod's Registry Office, paid at the start of every season.

• The parent who lives apart from the children pays: 1 child -1/4 of their official pay for the season, 2 -1/3, 3 or more - 1/2.

• Not enough money - the rest becomes a debt.

📂 FAMILY DOCUMENTS

A summary for the whole family: certificates, marriages, applications with date and time, child support.

📩 Every fee, fine and child support payment comes with a Plumbob Bank text message.

ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW

• No packs required. The certificate objects come from the game: the birth certificate from Get to Work, the marriage certificate from Growing Together. Without those packs there is no wall item, everything else works.

• Without Seasons, child support is paid every week.

• Works on its own and together with Payments and Benefits: then the payment for a new child arrives after the birth certificate is issued.

• The mod's data is saved together with your game save.

• Language is automatic: Russian or Spanish if your game is in Russian or Spanish, English for any other language. 🇪🇸 Disponible en español.

• Tested on game version 1.128.

• If you have an older game version and something doesn't work, message me and attach the FamilyDocuments.log file from Mods\FamilyDocumentsMod. I'll try to support your version too.

⚙️ INSTALLATION

1. Unzip the archive into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods (you will get a FamilyDocumentsMod folder).

2. In the game: Game Options → Other → enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods.

3. Restart the game.

Uninstall: delete the FamilyDocumentsMod folder from Mods.
