The Road Trip (Teaser) / State of the Boosty Page

Hey guys~

I would like to officially introduce my new game, "The Road Trip". This game is an interactive story developed in Twine (Sugarcube) AND, hear this, with me actually using the damn engine as it's supposed to! Which means: stats, choices, variables, and most importantly, branching storylines that contains NTR, NTS, and, hear this, pure love.

The mysterious poll I was talking about was about this, "Who would you want to be the next girlfriend character in the game", the result is out and the winner is Alexia Anders! There you go!

The Road Trip will follows a story of a man and his girlfriend, Jane Russell (our poll winner, Alexia Anders), a spirited former flight attendant. Set just as the world is opening up after the pandemic, The Road Trip is a story of a traveling couple, from LA to Florida, all while navigating the adversities, lust, and temptations along the way.

Here's the timeline of the project: I have to admit that Patreon accepting the game as fast as they did actually throw a wrench in my plan. Originally I was supposed to release Locked Down 1.0, then release After The Reunion (Jill), then announce The Road Trip, then release Locked Down after-story, then finally release The Road Trip 0.1. But because of their speed I decided to be speedy myself and prematurely teased The Road Trip immediately after publishing the Patreon page and then releasing the game a few weeks after

I'm about 3/4 done with the 0.1, so I'm aiming for it to be out in a week or two (then I'll work on Locked Down after-story). 0.1 will include the opening chapter, from the moment they packed their car until the first major stop (the first MAJOR event). This will give you guys a taste of the game's core mechanics and narrative style, I really hope you guys would like it.

Gameplay-wise this game is pretty close to Locked Down, it's a story based Twine game, but unlike Locked Down, which is practically a kinetic novel in HTML form, this game will give you choices that will actually impact the relationship between the MC and Jane, not only because of the stats but because of the choices itself, even small choices can have a big consequences.

I would also like to add on how this game will impact my other projects. Because it's on Patreon and me wanting to strike the iron while it's hot, I decided focus on this for the time being, as this game is also pretty in-line with what you guys like, right? HTML and using real porn. Locked Down after-story will not be affected by this project as I'll be releasing it after the 0.1 is done anyway. I have to admit that The Road Trip is actually a big thing to develop, and I can't just whip out a weekly update like before, so, like After The Reunion, this one will also be a monthly release. That was long but I got something else to tell, it's about the platform of the release. I decided that The Road Trip will be primarily released on Patreon and my Discord server.

Because of the payout issue still continuing to this day, and the fact that I got around $150 unreachable here and also $300~ in my YooMoney account which can only be taken out if I: make a passport, notarize it, hire a translator, translate the passport to Russian, send it to the Russian consulate, make them send it to Moscow, wait for the confirmation, if bad then do it all over again. Nah, man, I'm not doing that. So I decided to phase out my Boosty page following the release of Locked Down after-story. I hope you understands my reasoning.
