Try to pay yourself with the same card that you always paid, but FIRST remove this card and then add the payment card again in the settings
if this method don’t work first time, try to do that second time - will work
Also check it out your monthly subscriptions - it can be cancelled
If problem is still stay, contact Boosty support team, they will solve your problems

It seems sometimes there is technical problem with payment. But it's temporary. When that happens, the method of refill the number of the card seems to work.
