AI INFLUENCE — UPDATE 4.0.1

UI:
[NPC COMMUNICATION INTERFACE — MODIFIED]
• The NPC communication interface (dialogue, messenger, diplomatic
statements) has been modified: new header with portrait, parchment-style
description area with scrollbar, framed input field. Added "Show NPC
Last Message in Dialog" setting (Technical Settings).
FIXES:
[SOUND ON NPC POPUPS]
• Fixed no sound when NPC initiative popups appear (NPC wants to talk,
party member popup, messenger notification). Alert sound now plays
correctly and respects the sound setting.
[DISEASE SYSTEM — LORD'S HALL]
• Lord's hall infection was not working — now fixed. Lords present in the
hall who carry disease (e.g. plague from another settlement) can infect
the player even if the local settlement has no plague.
• Fixed incorrect infection chance: only lords carrying the specific
disease are now counted (e.g. plague does not boost typhus chance).
[DISEASE SYSTEM — PRISONERS]
• Fixed diseases from prisoner troops not spreading to the player and
companions — now they can.
• Fixed diseases from captured infected lords/companions being completely
ignored. Infected prisoner heroes now spread disease to troops, player,
and companions.
[NPC INITIATIVE — RP ITEMS]
• Fixed RP items in player inventory not being included when NPC initiates
the conversation — now always included.
[RP ITEMS — OWNERSHIP]
• Fixed RP items reappearing in player inventory after being taken by an
NPC — ownership is now updated correctly.
[NPC INITIATIVE — MECHANICS]
• Fixed relation changes, item transfers, quest actions, money transfers,
intimacy and other mechanics not applying when NPC initiated the
conversation. All mechanics now work in NPC-initiated dialogues.
[DISEASE SYSTEM — IMPROVEMENTS]
• AI lords can now set disease duration (7–120 days).
• Fixed disease penalties being ignored when AI omitted minus signs.
• Fixed AI disease generator ignoring mod settings for effect limits.
[QUARANTINE]
• Fixed quarantine resetting when a lord re-quarantines a settlement.
Duration now stacks (e.g. 9 days left + 14 new = 23 days total).
• AI lords now see remaining quarantine days and disease duration in
their decision prompts.
CHANGES:
[DISEASE SYSTEM — NEW SETTINGS]
• Added Disease Spread settings: settlement chance, mission chance,
player infection from troops, lord hall, quarantine reduction,
prisoner spread rate.
• Added Treatment & Healing settings: progression speed, recovery speed,
post-recovery immunity days, AI duration multiplier, spread inherit factor.
[DISEASE SYSTEM — SEVERITY 1-2 NON-FATAL]
• Light diseases (severity 1–2, e.g. cold, mild flu) no longer kill.
Heroes and troops stay sick with penalties but recover normally.
[DISEASE SYSTEM — DURATION AND IMMUNITY]
• AI disease duration now scales with mod settings.
• Spread duration when disease moves to new settlement respects settings.
• Post-recovery immunity duration is configurable (0 disables it).
