The voice of the students who take all necessarysteps to ensure their welfare is the Solent Students' Union. The Union puts up a lot of effort from Freshman Week through Alumni Night. The Student Hub is a central location where any questions or needs can be addressed by students.

Courses, timetables, exams, and other situations can all be of aid to students. The Student Hub will therefore produce some official papers, such as letters, council certificates, campus cards, references, policy guidance, and so on. The Student Funding Team manages student finances, offering guidance on money management, budgeting, obtaining additional financial aid, etc. Similar to this, the academic affairs support team offers access to unbiased information and advice as well as issues related to university life. Additionally, Solent University and Solent Students' Union are very active in helping students deal with the challenges they have while in school. The Student Protection Plan team has been authorised by the Office for Students (OfS). The global alumni ambassadors support providing any form of assistance based on their personal experiences.

Six totally self-catered resident halls are a part ofthe Solent University, and they are all located in the heart of Southampton. There are a total of five student houses in the city centre, all of which are

close to one another and offer modern en-suite rooms, non-en-suite rooms, single and twin study bedrooms, as well as walking streets and parking spaces. Each bedroom has an adjacent kitchen with a microwave, toaster, stove, freezer, and other appliances.
