BONUS!!
I decided not to make this post a paid post, because all the pictures in it can be found freely available somewhere on the internet.
Some oh-so-old pictures I drew probably about eight years ago (wow, it's been a long time, I'm freaking out)
I came up with Iteration 0 a long time ago, but it took me a very long time to get the experience and understanding of how to create it. At first it was even supposed to be an online comic if I remember correctly?
Then it was supposed to be a Homestuck-like comic - lots of separate html pages connected by hyperlinks
Then it was supposed to be YNFG (partly episode 4 is an homage to that idea)
And now it's just a side-scroller made on RPG Maker where we walk around in a side view and talk to all sorts of characters, ahahaha
I'm actually glad I came to this format, it allows you to do things that a comic book wouldn't allow. Like load you up with tons of lore and dumb dialog.
Also, when I read comics, I always miss the feeling of being inside. Sometimes the surroundings seem more interesting than the main plot. Sometimes you want to walk down the street where the fight is taking place, not watch the fight itself. I try to make games that allow you to take your mind off the main events a little bit and explore the environment, read the character's thoughts on it.
AND I LOVE TO DRAW ANIMATIONS!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
