The questions are rhetorical. The yoga practitioner works comprehensively on all aspects. Special attention is directed to those of them that are given worse. This is the balanced practice of yoga. Asana gives flexibility and strength to the body. Pranayama cleanses the subtle energy channels. Kriya strengthens and heals the body. Meditation calms the mind and makes the mind clear.
