There are no gods out there.
But there are things to think of. Most common sacred symbols among the living.

A crooked tree with no leaves. It's branches - are arms that act. It's roots - are legs, that take from soil. And leaves - are things one can do with their hands, fruits of labour, sprouts of actions.

It is a symbol of living ones.

It had a different meaning once, a story no one remembers now. And nowadays Grim Mother is a symbol of self-discarding determination to achieve what one desires. And with all the remorse and regrets that may burn along the road of given oath - one shall not stop.

A bird with no wings. A feather that knows no wind. A being of heavens, denied flight.

There is no reason for aching about what one shall never get. Dreams of unreachable, prays for what shall never come. But there is ground beneath one's steps. A road to be walked, a horizon to be reached.

A symbol of acting instead of dreaming. Walking still instead of dreaming of wings that is not yours to have.

A swords that guards, but never smites.

When one raises their blade to ward off the fowl - one does what Sovereign himself would've done. Thus, two hold the sword: one who stands against the evil tide - and his king and warden by his side, whenever they are.

Am ever-lasting image with no meaning. What gives warmth, what gives light, what gives light.

It needs no name and no visage. It's shimmer is their story, it's gilded rain is their life.
