and not everything that shines is valuable.
Not everything you want is for your good
and not everyone you desire will make you happy.
Your desires, lusts, passions and needs
are actually not good for you at all.
You don't really need everything you want
and you really don't have to do or to consume, take, possess everything that comes to your mind.
It's not what you have or what you're doing now that will make you happy,
but what you are, your quality, your state, what you'll be like when what you're doing now is over.
Not everything that is important to you contributes to the quality of your life
and not all your habits are beneficial.
In fact, you do what and how you learned from others. Which ones? What kind?
Likewise, what you believe in and what is important to you is what others have passed on to you. Who? With what intention?
Not everyone cares about your happiness
and not everyone is responsible or obligated to care about your happiness or your well-being.
In fact, no one is, except you.
At this very moment, you are not the smartest you will ever be in your life,
you will learn that too.
As well as the fact that you are changing all the time. Only, how?
So take it easy, be sensible, be smart if you really want to, but it's better to be wise.

the one who raised you should have taught you this.
You have some experience in life.
