For many months Circuitry had a problem with gates taking tons of space in the build menu, which made searching for a specific one a lot harder that it should be.

Fear no more! Universal gates to the rescue! First gates to ever be considered "universal" are array gates and "If Else" gate. Now this comes to the string gates - we're removing old gates that converted a specific type to string and replacing it with one gate that converts them all! Numbers, colors, inventories - you name it, they can handle them! Additionally, "To String" will automatically convert arrays to a list where items are separated by comma ( , ). Though if you still want to get a string array, we left you a solution - "To String Array" gate.

We're also removing some stuff and replacing it with "mode" buildings.

Currently the replaced gates are:

"Join strings (array)" - Replaced by "Join strings" with array mode

"To lowercase" - Replaced by "String Case" with mode set to "Lowercase",

same goes for the uppercase and titlecase gates.

But what's gonna happen to my circuits? Don't worry! Circuitry will automatically convert your old gates to the new format.

Remember that we cannot affect blueprints, so if you have a blueprint with deprecated buildings, you need to resave it once the update comes out.

The gates are still work in progress, so all we can really show is how much clutter is gonna be removed from the mod!
