I disappeared from social media due to some mental issues.
A huge workload, illness for 3 weeks, food poisoning - all this brought me to a nervous breakdown, and now, in addition to antiviral drugs, I drink sedatives.
I'll be fine, I promise.

Sometimes you need to take a break and that's valid and healthy. When I had one before I didn't take thr proper steps to heal so I'm proud of you.
