Chocolate soaked pie
I really wanted something chocolatey and rich and juicy! I don’t really like brownies because they are too sweet, so I decided to make a sponge and soak it properly. For soaking, you can take what you like best - coffee, milk, or, instead of rum (as in the recipe), just sugar syrup with essence.

Sponge
-115 g flour
-3 g baking soda
-30 g cocoa
(I used black cocoa and regular cocoa in half)
-150 g sugar
-30 g butter
-30 g oil
-1 egg
-vanilla
-salt
-130 g milk
-3 g vinegar
For soaking
-1/4 st. water
-1/4 st. Rum
(You can use 1/2 cup coffee, milk or cream)
For glaze:
-70 g chocolate
-70 g milk
Mix all dry ingredients, then combine them with a mixer along with butter, oil and an egg. At the end add vinegar. Pour into the mold. It is better to put a circle of baking paper on the bottom.
Bake for 50 minutes at 155 C.
Cool and pour soaking with a spoon. With rum it becomes one in one Kinder Delice cake! :)
Leave overnight.
Heat milk, bring to a boil, add chocolate. Wait until it melts, stir and pour over the cake. Cut into portions.
