My name is Oleg Kuzminov and I want to benefit humanity together with you!
I graduated from the physics and mathematics Lyceum N30 in 2009. After that, until 2014, I studied at the Polytechnic University of St. Petersburg as an industrial and civil engineering engineer. In parallel, in the summer of 2009, I got a temporary job as a part-time worker in a company that performed a cycle of waterproofing works at a facility in the historical center of St. Petersburg. We performed waterproofing of all underground structures of this facility until the beginning of 2010.
After that, in April 2010, I got a job at Penetron in St. Petersburg (North-West of Russia). This company is engaged in developing solutionsfor waterproofing of buildings and structures and supply of waterproofing products in its production. 
I started as a loader in a warehouse, a demonstrator of working with materials on a construction site, creating solutions for clients ' tasks, filling an Instagram account (penetronspb), sales by phone (cold calls), accepting applications, sales at meetings, sales at exhibitions.
I am constantly increasing my knowledge of concrete and reinforced concrete corrosion protection. I can put and fulfill my goals. I'm doing 20-30 meetings with new customers a month. I can and love to make a public sales presentation. I have been conducting project sales for more than 6 years – the transaction amount is up to $1 million. Led the project 
abroad – in Helsinki, Hanhikivi in Finland.

I exchange experience on business trips with colleagues in Milan, Turin, and Vienna. I speak English at B2 level. I am also interested in French. After graduation, I went to graduate school and got access to a laboratory where I was able to study concrete samples.
I am well versed in the physics and chemistry of processes in concrete and research them.
My interest is in creating a methodology for predicting the durability of reinforced concrete structures, studying self – healing of cracks in concrete.
For 5 years of research in the laboratory, I have a large database of tests. I don't publish articles yet, because there are unofficial rules of the game in Russian science that I'm not going to follow.
Concrete is also my hobby. In my small workshop, I make small architectural forms out of fiber – reinforced concrete-sinks, countertops, planters, etc. among my clients are 2 restaurants in St. Petersburg. This bar "Flowers" (table top with a picture) and "Kuta".
I am engaged in charity work – recently (In September 2020) I put a set of Park furniture of my own production in a Park on the Smolenka river on Vasilievsky island in St. Petersburg at my own expense.
Since 2017, I have been a guest lecturer at the Department of bridges and tunnels at the St. Petersburg state University of railway transport.
I graduated from music school. I play the trumpet in an Amateur orchestra, I love music, history, literature, theater and Opera.
I have loved my wife for more than 10 years. Together with her, we are raising a 3-year-old daughter.
