Big part of gameplay for the Halloween event will be receiving and sending messages to Bethany who will help guide you through the game. In any room, so long as a cutscene isn't happening, you'll be able to ask Bethany for advice if you get stuck.
Of course, because this is still a horror game...it means you'll have to be careful about
when
you do this. Being caught looking at your phone when danger is nearby...is not good.
