The Cleave, an event when in the middle of a battlefield the surface of Ruptoria gave a massive crack that spread beyond the horizon, the moon split, and the world has been affected ever since. In the present time, after a thousand years, the society believes that the deep ocean water covered the crack and let it rest under the heavy waves, suppressing whatever caused it.
