Yeah, so, it's clear that I haven't been using Boosty much, since for subscriber contents, I am more active on Patreon, which you can enter by clicking on the highlighted hyperlink embedded in just that one platform name.

I will still be using Boosty as a way to directly receive the funds I get on Patreon whenever I find it necessary, but also I am gonna use it as a verification method for my HipoLink, which doubles down as a different way of receiving direct donations both in USD and RUB, as well as provide goods and services (like commissions) there for both fixed USD and RUB prices, which - for some reason as both platforms are owned by the same company, CEBC B.V. - is something that's not coherently possible on Boosty (where the default pricing currency is still Russian Rubles, meaning that things still change based on the Moscow Exchange Rate, and there's no way for me to change that whatsoever). As my Boosty profile has been (finally) verified back this winter while I was in a terrible place, I think verifying my HipoLink details should have no problems like I have had with Boosty. HOPEFULLY. FINGERS CROSSED.

Some time after I make this post, most of the Boosty contents I might have here would at some point be deleted, as nobody has been paying as much attention to this as they would give my Patreon, and possibly even more to come.

I am finally back, kind of!

At least I am back home, but not entirely on Boosty, because I am still setting up some things before I can continue operating it.

So, this update is pretty important, so I am gonna keep it as brief as I can!

So basically, I am setting up a Patreon!

This is more or less just to give people another option to support the things I do without having to go to Boosty, but that does not entirely mean that I am going to abandon the platform entirely.

I am still gonna keep it open for people who just so happen to not be able to use Patreon for whatever reason: mainly russians that cannot pay for Patreon, so Boosty acts as another way to do so.

Patreon will exist as a much better way for non-russians to subscribe for neat stuff (plus, it is going to have extra naughty crap), mainly because the USD pricing is not very consistent due to it being a result of convertion from the base RUB pricing through the Moscow Exchange Rate, so, I really do not want anybody to overdraw their balances. That stuff blows. A lot. And there is nothing I can do about that on Boosty at the moment.

So, effective immediately, to access my locked posts, non-russian visitors are advised to buy them separately for 80% less the tier it's related to.

...Sorry it took me a long while to make a new post on here. lol

After some long time of tussling with the support team over their dubious verification process, I've finally managed to get my Boosty page to open back up, now also finally being able to receive donations and other revenue directly!

...But there is just one other problem that is holding me back from continuing posting content on here: I have left my house on October 20th 2023, and haven't returned since, cos god forbid you be born with a penis in the wrong country.

I have been documenting that clusterfuck of a journey on my personal Mastodon profile where you can learn of the horrors of where I've gotten myself into and how that has impacted my health.

But oddly good news: I am actually working on getting back as soon as humanly possible, and there is actually a great success rate at that (even though I got about a month or two and 21+ extra days left for that). The cause of such success rate, making these news "oddly good", even though it's pretty bad on paper?

It turned out I have an adjustment disorder, which made things a lot tougher for me to endure! Whoopie!...
