NPC Mod; vampires

Okay, so I gave in a little bit by replacing nameless NPCs outside of my to-do list. Any generic nameless NPC with varying inventory is *not* a priority, but I really wanted to establish which vampires are which, because I have an idea.
The idea goes as follows: bring back the 'clans'/bloodlines TES should have, and diversify the vampires you're fighting/encountering. With Dawnguard installed, the dumbest vampires from all over are coming to Skyrim to support the cause - kill the source of food; it would make sense for you to encounter different vampires.
The 'main' bloodline of Skyrim is the Volkihar line, and with my Eyes Mod 2 they have dark blue eyes, which match Molag Bal's established dark blue aestethics.
Serana and Valerica are the most vampiric vampires that ever vampired, and they are not disfigured. Which means their 'offspring' shouldn't be hideously disfigured for no reason (which we are not given). At the same time, they are not supposed to be too subtle. As Serana points out: "Can't you tell?"
So they have custom diffuse and SSS maps, which makes them look "dead" in comparison to normal 'living' characters (even pale ones).
Skyrim is bordering Morrowind, which is home to the 'most hideous' vampire clan\bloodline.
(Ignore that in TES 3 they're just.. old and have white eyes, that's boring - they're supposed to be terrifying)
So instead I'll use the bat-like faces SKyrim provided and I'm going to pretend that those bats are, in fact, a Morrowind bloodline. Most dunmers, therefore, are going to be of that bloodline. They're dead, ugly, and have vanilla-styled orange eyes, which also just *happen* to match Nosferatus from VTMB.
The Cyrodilic clan/bloodline is the most 'civilized' one and they're also blending in with society well enough that no one suspects them (much). Think of already replaced Sybille Stentor - she's of that bloodline.
I'm thinking on how to make another bloodline (specifically for very high level boss vampires), but hadn't figured out the looks yet. So, there are at least 3 different vampires now, with a *relatively* low resource cost.
*Because I played Vampire: The Masquerade too much and the World of Darkness lovingly sucked my brain out through a straw, I'm combining the two concepts a little bit. Mostly pointing out the lore that TES already has.
