At the reception, Tuscan filet mignon and sea bass were served at one long table with low flowers and a sea of candles down the middle. J. Brooks and Yann Coatanlem chose the Château de la Bourdaisière, a 15th-century French castle, for their elegant nuptials. “With its lavish gardens, it was an obvious choice,” noted Brooks.
