TOURNAMENT RULES
- YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES FROM THE START OF LOBBY CREATION TO THE START OF THE GAME!
IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT -
YOU AUTOMATICALLY TAKE 8TH PLACE (0 POINTS)
- If a person disappears at the stage of the final and semi-final and does not come at the appointed time - he automatically takes the 8th place (0 points)
and the balance lobby is filled by a bot
(he does not affect the result, he automatically takes the top 8, no matter what place the bot will take after the game - he is needed for balance and filling the lobby).
- Rest between games of one day - no more than 15 minutes
- If you do not come within 15 minutes - you automatically take the 8th place (0 points)
- Tournaments will be broadcast live with commentary on YouTube-channel: AutoChessCommunity and Twitch-channel: AutoChessCommunity
- The tournaments will be broadcast live with commentary on the YouTube-channel: AutoChessCommunity and Twitch-channel: AutoChessCommunity, as well as on Twitch-channels: ACC.St1m, kgb_fugik, MissPeace, Fudov and 9Energys_Channel.
- Tournament results will be announced in the AutoChessCommunity Telegram-channel
- If players have the same number of points, then we count by priority:
FIRST POINT - average value of the place taken from the games of the series (AVG)
SECOND POINT - the highest place in the last game of the series
- A player who is late for the game is considered as a loser and gets 8th place (0 points)
- The lobby is created 30 minutes before the start, we start - when all players are ready or when the time expires
- If a person does not appear in the lobby within 30 minutes - he/she is considered a loser and gets 8th place (0 points)
- Pauses in the game are allowed only to the tournament organizers or a person authorized by the organizers
- You must be fully prepared for the tournament and take care of your internet connection and various situations
- In one game, 1 pause of 3 minutes per 1 player is available!
- If your internet connection is not stable or you dropped out for any other reason - we continue without you while you restore the connection!
By the decision of the organizer, a player can be disqualified for the following actions:
- Refusal to follow the instructions of the tournament organizer
- Protesting against players or tournament organizers
- Insults to tournament participants, organizer, commentator, spectators, etc.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior (e.g. sabotage of matches, collusion)
- Deception of the organizers or fraud
GAME SCORING SYSTEM
1st place - 9 points
2nd place - 7 points
3rd place - 6 points
4th place - 5 points
5th place - 3 points
6th place - 2 points
7th place - 1 point
8th place - 0 points
QUALIFYING GAMES, SEMIFINALS, FINALS
Stage 1: qualifying games (all games in 1 day)
If there will not be an even number of players - BO3 is played for the number of points for an even grid
For example: 35 players participate - 5 lobbies of 7 players will be formed (with 1 bot in each lobby)
Top 32 players go to the even grid, 3 players are eliminated
Stage 2: Tournament Grid + Sem-ifinal (1 day = 1 lobby)
Played in BO3 format on top4, the top 4 players go through
Stage 3: FINAL
Played in BO5 format
